For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

dewi311 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by dewi311 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your dewi311 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• You must not share your dewi311 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on dewi311 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and any other payment methods listed on the dewi311 deposit page at the time of transaction.
• All deposits are credited to your dewi311 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• dewi311 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which dewi311 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• dewi311 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• dewi311 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

dewi311 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. dewi311 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Credit or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements apply to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Credits expire if the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Credits and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

dewi311 is not responsible for any technical errors that result in the incorrect crediting of bonus amounts. Any such errors will be corrected upon discovery, and incorrectly credited amounts will be reversed.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the dewi311 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the dewi311 platform.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, dewi311 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Credits. Where account closure is initiated by dewi311 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may close their own dewi311 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
